CBS did an outstanding job installing a full basement dry system in our new home. They took out a system improperly installed by AMCO in 2005 and did the job correctly.
Doug and David were the first two CBS reps we met with. Throughout the 3 months it took to correctly identify our home's needs, and install the right system, they were patient and prompt with communication.
Kevin, Ben and John spent 2 days installing our system. They were patient, professional, good-natured, and highly skilled. They taught me and my 3 young children about the system, step by step, and encouraged questions and participation from all of us.

What made you choose our company:
We hired CBS originally because CBS products were already installed in our home (by AMCO, but we didn't know it at the time), so we thought our system was under warranty by CBS. At that time, we thought we just needed a moisture barrier on the walls. As time went on, it was discovered that the current system (covered French drains and a sump pump) were incorrectly installed and failing. We approached the AMCO president, who refused to work with us or honor his company's warranty. So we kept our contract with CBS, who remained patient and helpful throughout this process, and hired them for a full basement waterproofing system. So far, we are 100% pleased with CBS. Time will tell if their work is good!
