Our Overall Service

Your installers broke the main water line into our house which took several days to repair. You agreed to cover the cost of the repair and we are expecting to be reimbursed for this repair soon. Josh was most helpful in arriving at satisfactory resolution of this issue. Overall, we are now very pleased with the installation.

What made you choose our company:

I got bids from two other companies before selecting Carolina Basement Systems. The approach outlined by your salesman made the most sense to me. You were not the cheapest or the most expensive approach to our water problems. But, I felt that your approach represented the best value for what we were trying to accomplish.
