Don’t design a trip hazard in the middle of a patio. Nick fixed it.
Two green drain covers were installed (by Jose?) but not screwed down. Nick fixed them both.

Nick did an amazing job. He fixed the tripping hazard from the previous installation. He screwed down the green drain covers that were loose from the previous installation. He explained exactly what he was going to do and ensured I was happy with everything at the end. Casey was great, excellent attention to detail and knowledge. He said the crew (Jose) would remove the debris in the crawl space. I’m not going to look under the encapsulation, but I’m pretty sure they left all that debris and just covered it up. Overall, great experience.
