The email I just received said the following: "Two of our core values are to provide WOW service to every customer every time, and to be in pursuit of constant improvement." The only words really coming out of my mouth the entire time was, "WOW!!!" I can't Express how impressed I am by all individuals involved from Mike Sheets, the Sales Rep to all the workers. Such hardworking and friendly people!! The job looks amazing!!! I can go on and on, but then you wouldn't be able to read all the other amazing comments!! Thank you everyone at CBS!!
Mike was very friendly and accommodating! He explained things thoroughly and even played catch with my 1 year old girl haha!

It seemed like I was getting more for my money and that included the skilled workers as well! I originally wanted to get our crawlspace done, but we changed the job to add a driveway drain, rerouted downspouts (bury them and get the water away from the house), lift the sidewalk and fill cracks in the driveway. If I was going to be here longer, I'd think about the crawlspace, but we may not be here long enough. This was a great experience!!! Thank you again!!!
