Our Overall Service

There was one thing that concerned us very much and made us very uncomfortable. When the foreman and his team were beginning the work Ivan came to me to let me know that he thought we needed the addition of EZFlow in order for the encap to be most efficient. It was not on the work order and therefore there would be additional cost. This is something that we thought the salesperson and foreman would have discussed during the pre-installation meeting. If there was a difference of opinion, it would have been beneficial for us to have been informed ahead of time so we wouldn't have to try to make a decision on the spot. Even if it meant delaying the installation we would have felt better about this situation. This may have been discussed with us but since the installation was several weeks from when we talked with the sales rep it was hard to recall all the details that had been discussed. Another thing that I think would be beneficial is giving a line by line breakdown of the cost. It may have been available but I didn't think to ask for one.

Sales Process

Casey was very personable and great at explaining what he thought we needed to remedy the mold and water/dampness concerns in our crawlspace. He explained the process to us and how he would meet with the foreman prior to installation of our total encapsulation to review everything so the process would go smoothly .
