Final job was excellent, but delay after first work crew was unfortunate
Jay (?) was excellent, efficient, thorough, polite, personable, and professional.
Jim Matthieu was timely, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. A great salesman!
The first crew with Chris as team leader started out with great communication but didn't work long. On the second and third days, there was no effort to communicate with me. The crew left on Friday without saying a word. After communication with Jim Matthieu, a second crew returned on Saturday and tried to finish the job. They did not have all the materials needed to complete the job. Several weeks later, a final Service Technician, Alex Cox, came and did a beautiful job completing the job. Alex took extra time to show me pictures of exactly what he did to complete the job, explain how the Everlast Door System worked, and made sure that I had no questions.
Nicely cleaned up after work.

What made you choose our company:
Although the commercial is a little "dorky," it certainly caught my attention. My initial contacts were very positive, and as I was in no huge hurry, things worked out very well. That said, it is very important for work crews to communicate with the customer from start to finish. As three days were allotted for the job and it took five days to complete, I am a bit displeased. I had patiently waited from April 19th until July 14th to begin work. I understand that not all challenges can be predicted, but team leaders must communicate any difficulties with clients if you hope to keep your fine reputation intact.
