Austin Farnham was able to address all of our questions and explained the system and work to be done so well that we were really ready to hire you to do the job. We had already scheduled other providers to give us a quote for the work so we didn’t. He was a GREAT representative who didn’t pressure and clearly provided information about the entire process. He also had some pictures on his phone from another tall crawlspace similar to ours that he shared via email with the proposal. Once we knew that you would pricematch anyone, we knew we would be calling you back to do the work.
Ricardo and his crew were excellent. He was professional and personable on the phone, provided arrival time, and got the work done so efficiently that they finished in 2.5 days instead of the 3 we expected. At the end of each day he showed us the work completed, asked if we had questions or wanted anything further done, and explained what was remaining. We wanted extra caulking around the vents and that was done as requested.
Every day the work area was left better than they found it through this process. Your electrician was also efficient and professional and left the garage as he found it.

The entire experience in engaging with your company BEFORE we contracted sold us. You were the only ones to send us materials that explained what you were going to do and why. Austin showed up on time and his walkthrough of our space with us, explanations, and customer-centric style really sold us on your system. We were surprised that we were able to get the work done so quickly as he indicated it could be a couple of months before the work could be done. Again, we appreciated the excellent customer service experience we have received from everyone so far and look forward to having you back each year for system inspection and maintenance.
