Our Overall Service

Recardo and his team were top notch. Arrived when they said they would. Finished job was outstanding. Laid down plastic to walk on as they had to walk through two rooms to get to the job site.

Pavel did an excellent job staying in touch and keeping us informed.

Sales Process

Jim's presentation was outstanding, He understood what we wanted to do and his plan for doing this was spot on. Did not pressure us to add addition work to what we wanted to do.

The Cleanup Process

Could hardly tell they had been after they finished cleaning up .Only the work they completed gave away the fact they had been working at my house.

What made you choose our company:

Jim listened to waht was said about what we wanted to do and his presentation was about what we shared with him. No, "well you need to add this or let's do a little more, etc" type selling. After the work was completed i am glad i chose CAROLINA Basement Systems.
