So far I'm very happy with the process, product and people from CBS. Unfortunately, the contract carpenter that was sent to replace my floor joist didn't do a very good job representing your company (shoddy work, tore up my yard with his truck, bad-mouthed your company, / the sales rep, tried to sell additional services outside of CBS.) Once the joist is properly repaired I will have nothing but good things to say about this whole experience.

What made you choose our company:
Having no previous experience dealing with a crawl space / floor joists, I had a lot of questions. Unlike the other "big name" basement companies I spoke with, who just TOLD me what the solution was and what it would cost, T.J. took the time to explain why I was experiencing the moisture issues in my home and what that moisture was doing to the structural integrity of the house. He then reviewed the potential solutions and the expected outcome of each of the solutions so I could make an informed decision about the solution that made me the most comfortable. All other aspects being about equal, my decision was truly based on belief in the process described and trusting CBS's reputation and people.
