What made you choose our company:

I try to make yearly service appointments regularly, however a few days ago the dehumidifier had leaked water. Shannon was the tech that serviced the dehumidifier. He was professional, took time to explain the functionality, and provided stellar customer service. I will ask for him by name for future appointments.
