I rarely write reviews & couldn't get this entered in Google, but Carolina Basement Systems did an outstanding job on our crawl space. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! JC & his crew did an amazing, excellent job of tearing out our old insulation and encapsulating it all. Not only did they do an excellent job, but they remained professional, patient and friendly in spite of delays (because of our plumber who was a real pill to work with!) and they still completed our job on time! In fact, everyone at CBS was great! From our initial call for an estimate, to scheduling, to inspectors (Jim and Alex who answered all of our questions, which were many! AND stayed in touch throughout to make sure we were satisfied) and the management team who came out at a moment’s notice (to resolve issue with plumber) right thru to JC & his crew. We could not have asked for a better team or experience. We would HIGHLY recommend CBS!!
