Inspection of my home found water in crawl space after heavy rains. It appears water has infiltrated crawl space through brick foundation walls. In order to sell house need to remedy the water and humidity problem. Also crawl space vents are too close to ground in back of house (3 or 4) One or two of the vents are adjacent to concrete patio and some cutting of the patio will be required to install the semicircular barriers.
