Crawl space in a 1999-constructed two story brick clad house. Crawl a space is about 30 inches high, has self-installed white plastic floor covering, and under first floor fiberglass insulation. Had had a Ebac dehumidifier in crawlspace which had been doing the job of keeping 50-55% relative humidity. Dehumidifier has been recently replaced because of failure of old one. Relative humidity is 71-73% this whole summer YIKES. And we have had some under house electrical added and piping from a new HVAC split unit.
