Very professional and informational. He took the time to go over the products and possible solutions to our problem. He was not aggressive in trying to sell us products, he provided us with the information and let us make our own decision which was greatly appreciated!

Great group of guys, very polite and efficient! The installation of the triple safe pump and dehumidifier was very quick and seamless. The sump pump worked perfectly and it even kicked in when the power went out! It certainly saved us the headache of having to deal with water in our basement once again!

All mess was cleaned up and I was consulted about where I wanted the excess concrete and gravel placed. They even offered to sweep the entry way into the basement but I told them not to worry about it, I had 2 kids and a dog that made a mess on a regular basis!
