Before installing the insulation panels Omni Basement Systems installed an internal drainage system called WaterGuard. Thsi system is evident by the inspection port in the floor.
This is an energy efficient upright dehumidifier. The unit beside the XP is the condensate pump. the pump will pump the discharge up to the existing plumbing.
This is the SuperSump. The Lid is completely flat and is very strong. You can store anything on the top of the lid or even put flooring over it.
The SuperSump is installed the TuffTop lid
After the system is installed, the floor is restored.
The original sump system is replaced with the incredible Triplesafe system.
Using Bobcat, the wall is excavated to take the pressure from the clay off the wall.
I this house, Omni removed the bottom couple feet of drywall and studs
