We needed a second opinion concerning the leak in our basement and Tim came highly recommended. We called Carol, the office manager, who was amazing. Friendly and knowledgeable, she happily responded to our queries immediately and was extremely detailed in her line of questioning regarding the leak in our basement. She promised to send Tim to our house as soon as he was free from the call he was on, and true to her word, Tim came to our house to provide us with his opinion, despite knowing that at this time he would only be offering a free house call as he is completely booked for the next several months and we needed the work performed ASAP.

Tim was extremely diligent and provided us with his professional opinion. He was patient and took the time to ensure that we fully understood the exact problem and what needed to be done to rectify the leak. Furthermore, he offered free professional advice without expectation of remuneration. He couldn't have asked for anything better.
