Our Overall Service

Did a good job explaining the problem and presenting solutions. Did not do any followup to see if the waterproofing had worked. Used a product he was not that familiar with, in attempt to please the customer. I don't think it works that well. But he did recommend a different route, so not his fault!

did a good job explaining foundations, I learned a lot.

half the crew was away, although for a good reason The work was performed beautifully.
