Kelley was kind and professional. We appreciated his honesty and that he did not try to up-sell us. He was responsive to questions we had after are consult.
Brad and his crew were timely and hard working. They introduced themselves and always addressed us by our names when they needed to speak to us, which we appreciated. There were very thorough and their skill showed in the finished project.
The crew cleaned their areas very well and walked us through to inspect the job and gave an explanation of the products and how they work.
What made you choose our company:
We chose KBS over Baker's and one other competitor because while the quote was only minimally less KBS did not try to up sell us to do other products that were not necessary ( large dehumidifier, added insurance to get the job done, drain on non-impacted side of the house). Also, KBS did not pressure us into making a decision quickly and contact us over and over to inquire if we had made a decision. Lastly we appreciated that KBS gave us the price up front before they left the consultation appointment.
