Jeff was very professional and really took the time to explain everything. As it turns out, he found the source of water was actually from the furnace and hot water tank. I had a couple other waterproofing companies in and they were suggesting an internal french drain. Jeff explained that a french drain wouldn't solve the issue and to call an hvac company. I really appreciate his honesty and will tell all my friends to call Keystone!
