it took sometime and couple calls to get my appionment set up after Brian McWhirter first came to my house and drew up the plans.HE was excellent in taking care to get things rolling even though I him doing his vacation.H e really went beyond to reach out and said feel free to call him with any concerns.After that everything went smooth and smooth.
Sales Process
Brian McWhirter is the best !! I can't say enough about what a great job he did and how committed to the job he was. HE explained step by step the whole process and made sure I understood and ask if I had any questions or concerns.Also told me even after his visit was done to call if I had afterwards.
Our Installation Crew
David Cain (foreman)and his crew Gavin,Taurena,and James was great.They did a excellent job.Arrived on time ,made sure of what work was to be done(even made phone calls to make adjustment to the job plan before starting)They explained exactly what the was doing step by step.Showed me the work they did the first day and what they would do next. Upon completion showed me the finished product. which was very successfull to lift my floor.I'm very happy with the results.
The Cleanup Process
The crew cleaned up completely after the job .Nothing was left behind. Just a really excellent crew ,kind ,friendly ,considerate,and real pro's at there job!!!
