Comment: We have an all concrete crawl space that gets very humid (our meter is reading about 70%). We haven't had any visible water getting in but we definitely need a dehumidifier. We have a pit in place for a sump pump but no pump itself or any place that we can direct water from a sump pump/ dehumidifier out if the crawl space. We need a quote for a sump pump to be installed so we can direct a dehumidifier into the pump.

Two of these are really the main concern, the third window I would only consider changing if the price is right. Would also like to discuss installing a moisture barrier in floor of crawlspace/storage depending on price. Also, walk in steps sometimes have water come in during storms. And lastly, I have a rolling AC unit in the basement for which I'd like to discuss venting options to the outside, perhaps something like a dryer vent.
