Comment: Ranchhouse with shallow crawlspace. Over years window wells left open with water entering and making mud, which in turn caused wood to rot and supporting beams are sagging. This must be repaired or the house demolished, which would be a shame, because the house is quite nice with attached large garage on concrete without issue. Would like someone as soon as possible. Owners are dowsizing and have already moved to another nearby area, but still own this home, which will be eventually sold.
