It has been a year since I had my work done and I continue to sing your praises. However, the post installation and service communications is lacking. I had an appointment on April 5, 2018 at 10:00 am to have Bryson come and look at a problem with excess water filling into my front yard. This created a significant issue with my front lawn. I explained the issue quite clearly to customer service and expected Bryson to be ready to fix the problem when he arrived. However, he said he was not aware of the specifics and told me I would need to make another appointment to have this fixed...5 weeks later I have an appointment for 10:00 am on May 10, 2018. It is 1:09 pm and no one has shown up to fix the issue. I have had to make two calls to your office to find out what the lateness of my appointment is due to and when will they arrive. I do not get any specific information from customer service....only that your customer service people will have to wait to see when the team is finished with the first job and then they can let me know when the team will arrive. So, I have had to stay at home past my 10:00 appointment and am still waiting over 3 hours later to get specific info as to when All Dry will arrive. This is not up to par with a quality company, I am sorry to say.
