The only negative of the entire experience was the weather delays which were out of our control. When the weather finally cooperated, the crew was on-site as promised and quickly got to work on the repair.
The proof is in the completed repair, the foundation is once again carrying the load like it is supposed to and the house is again whole.
In the beginning, had a small issue, but quickly resolved and improved to a 5
called to say would be a little later than promised. Did a great job.
Left the job in great shape.
