My family and I realized there were severe problems with a cracking basement wall but until recently were unsure as to which route we should take to repair it. One call to All Dry and our foundation problems seemed to be in great hands. Little did we know how quickly we would see positive results in the work performed by the All-Dry staff of 3! We are expecting the wall to straighten more each month for the next 5 months or so. We couldn't be happier with the results.
One complaint we have is with our county inspection system. These people have no concept that time is money and really didn't understand the process of basement wall anchoring. We realize this is a structural issue and permits are needed, just wishing our county personnel had done their homework and tried to be helpful instead of a hindrance.
