Found company on Home Adviser which had good reviews. Laurence Labruce came out to do an inspection of the area I was told by an exterminator would never pass inspection for the sale of the house. He did a complete inspection and he said there was no problem why it wouldn't pass a house inspection. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak with.
