It appears he did not tell me everything I needed. He did not tell me the water pipes need to b lowered for one

What made you choose our company:
The next door neighbor that lives at 104 Long Point Drive (Linda Warren) that you a $50 check to that she has not gotten yet was happy with your service.
The bait and switch was one the first crew came out they said I needed two more jacks in the crawl space which cost me more than the original contract,
Before the crew left they told me I had problems with the foundation. I specifically asked the original sales person about this. He said all was fine
Ivan showed me the problems with cracks and foundation issues. They also put the beam on some bad areas to show me what was going on. According the the estimate he gave me to get this fixed I need to give Cantey another $12,506
Hence the bait and switch one crew comes out I get charged more
Second crew comes out and now you want more
What happened to the original deal that I signed that all would be good with the house when you came out it fixed what was on the contact?
