Michael went above and beyond to explain the whole process to us. We had 3 companies give estimates and although Cantey was higher, we chose Cantey. His inspection of the crawlspace was so thorough and detailed. He did the price match with us and came in $100 less than DryPro. Also, he provided us with things that the other company did not include. He travelled far (1 1/2 hrs. one way) 3 different times, once to be present when the insurance company came and inspected and another to bring the RM to inspect our subfloors. He treated us like family. What a great asset he is to your company!
