Terrible experience with the financing department.

Aubrey was polite and professional, however, we signed a contract with GreenSky and was told by Aubrey what our monthly payment would be. When the GreenSky statement came, the payment was much higher than promised. Cantey offered to meet us in the middle by lowering our monthly payment….but only by half. We were still responsible for the other half which is not right. Cantey should have followed through with the promised monthly payment. It was a signed contract at a specific price and Cantey would not completely honor that contact. Very disappointing.
