Scott has absolutely thrived since 2023 when he started at BEST. He is a dedicated manager for our company and always thrives to provide the best possible service to his customers and co-workers. He has been a perfect fit with our company, having previous experience in management, customer service, and human resources. He has certifications to service both South and North Carolina, and he is currently working towards a leadership program. Scott does a little bit of all of the above with BEST. He is in charge of scheduling the technician and manager meetings, ensuring that our staff as a whole is always working towards the same goals. He also meets with residents for follow ups to make sure that every one of our customers is completely satisfied with the services they are being provided. He even works out in the field, too, as a technician for both residential and commercial properties. The part of his job that Scott loves the most is being able to work with a family owned and oriented company that truly wants the best for their customers and their employees. He enjoys having so many opportunities to build relationships with new people all over the grand strand. Outside of work, Scott really likes playing cornhole and golf, listening to live music, and going to the beach. His personality and loyal work ethic will for sure take him far with our company, and we look forward to all of his success to come.
