Each leader takes responsibility for assembling appropriate tools and equipment, assigning tasks to installers, and moving the job toward completion to ensure efficiency and quality. I am also responsible for keeping the customer up-to-date and ensuring satisfaction with each job. I enjoy working hard, seeing the lasting changes a job makes on a home, and having the satisfaction of helping homeowners in need.
