The technicians, Fernando, Jose and Brandon, were very courteous, customer service oriented, professional and knowledgeable of their responsibility.
Our initial estimate was adjusted due to the amount of supports, but when the technicians began leveling the structure, it was determined another jack was needed, to ensure warranty. We still haven't scheduled that addional improvement, however we were provided a rough estimate of what it would cost.
Very professional, courteous, respectful of property, etc
