All in all, it was a very pleasant process, inspite of the miscommunications. I feel like the company did its best to make us (the customer) happy!

The presentation of the product was very nice, in fact it is what sold us on the process, however our salesman totally mis-quoted the job...twice! Thank goodness the installation crew knew enough to suggest corrections and the office staff was courteous and helpful to resolve the situation.
