Reps were fine considering limited contact with them.

Brian was very responsive, timely, and did a very good job estimating the work required.

Did a nice job overall but need a bit of attention to detail on a few items, e.g., metal taping and installing condensate line using dry wall screws to support line vice a specially designed staple. Would also recommend your crews you enforce, as a standard operating procedure, use of level 10 masks when spraying closed cell foam. They wore masks but not ones that would keep dangerous vapors out of their lungs. That is a potential health danger waiting for a place to happen. When Roger came by to rework a items a few days later and did a nice job touching up their work.

They cleaned up fine. There is always a bit of debris home owners clean up after works do their job.
