Communication is one of the most important qualities to me. I do not like surprises. The entire team (sales, to office, to production) did a fantastic job of keeping me informed, updated, and educated from initial assessment until final day of job. Kudos!

Janine and Rachel have been very proactive and responsive to questions, quickly and clearly.

Dustin was very thorough, took time to explain everything and answer all my questions (seriously, there was a lot and this took forever). He also took my call to advise me during the work-change process.

Fernando and Jose were amazing! I can't imagine having a better team. Diligent, thorough, polite, efficient, informative, clean/neat/tidy, and very caring. Fernando made sure we had the correct materials, and made recommendations according to our needs. He and Jose went above and beyond to lay the extra soil from the trench they dug, to put it in an area of the lawn that needed it. I didn't even ask! Only mentioned it and they both surprised me with it. So meaningful!

Fernando and Jose did an extremely thorough job cleaning the attic and crawlspace entryways. I could tell it was very important to them that the house be as they found it or better. I followed behind for some dust settling (but I am a neurotic clean freak).
