Extremely thorough and meticulous formulating what needed to be done to repair the foundation. It was his professionalism that sold me on the company.
Great work ethic! Even when they encountered a major setback on previous shoddy work that was done to repair the foundation years ago there was not even a grumble, they just attacked the problem and solved it. Fernando is a great asset to your company!

Professionalism! In that you gain trust in the job that will be done. I could have saved money by going with a competitor but I would have had my doubts during and after the job was completed. Hindsight now and given the obstacles that were faced during the job I cannot imagine any other company's president coming out personally to seek the best solution to the problem.
