Price seemed reasonable and the staff was both friendly and professional, with a follow up call after the work was completed.

All phone conversations were professional, representatives showed up for appointments as promised

Sales person was cordial and professional. I was surprised by the down payment requirement. This was not mentioned in the initial phone contact.

The crew arrived on time and were friendly and polite. Neither the crew or the sales rep wore masks when interacting with me- which seemed reckless considering the pandemic

Cleanup was thorough. The finished insulation install was not as neat as I thought it could have been, and there are a couple of places in the ceiling where no insulation was placed. There are wires and some pipes there but it looks like insulation could have been worked around them. I was not told why it wasn't and didn't see it until the crew had departed.
