What made you choose our company:

Referred to by a friends mother who had her basement sump pump installed. Don't know if one unit is in correct place yet since we have not had any significant rain yet to judge the results. If the one unit is in question after a hard long rain, I will call customer service back and advise unit was put in wrong location.
