When talking with representatives never received anything but courtesy, kindness, respect, and an answer to my questions. That means a lot.
It has been our privilege to know Nick Day and his family since he was a boy growing up. Nick was professional in every way. The way Nick presents himself and his knowledge of resources to help your problem made it easy to trust what he was offering to solve our problem.
Sorry, do not have the names of all the crew, but it was Kieran's crew. These were all "young" men who were respectful, courteous, very helpful, and hard working. We were impressed with how they presented themselves. They were very knowledgeable of what they were doing and very hardworking. Rare in this day to see young men of integrity and professionalism. Obviously they were good representatives of your company.
I believe they left my basement area cleaner than when they first arrived! Totally cleaned up after themselves and removed all that was trash.
