There was some miscommunication issues with the scheduler. She sent unclear and conflicting information. We finally got it figured out. However, it was annoying, because my husband had to take off work (works from home) for the days that the work was done, so the back and forth was a bit frustrating. She was polite and finally got it figured out; it was just a bit crazy for a couple of days.
Brent is wonderful. He is clear and takes time to clearly and completely answer all of our questions. We truly enjoy working with him. He makes a bad situation much better with his knowledge and the ease of helping us decide what to do and complete our order.
Rick is fantastic and clearly explained what his crew did. He definitely knows his job!
