I didn't feel pressured to purchase more than what was needed to take care of my slight water issue in my basement. Installation was as promised with minimal interruption. I was also very pleased that Master Services uses your own licensed electricians so I did not need to try to schedule my own electrician and juggle coordinating schedules.
Prompt reminders and very courteous.
Brad explained everything very well and did not try to oversell more of a waterproof system than I needed for my small groundwater seepage area. Another company that gave me an estimate said I needed much more, plus I would have had to schedule my own electrician to install the outlet for the sump pump.
The installation of the drain system and sump pump went very smoothly, was done in a timely manner, taped off the area very well so the dust from busting up the concrete was minimal, and left a very neat and smooth finish on the floor after installation. The electricians who came a few days later to install the electrical outlet did an excellent job and explained troubleshooting pointers to me. The electrical installation was also done in a very timely manner.
I was pleasantly surprised how neat the whole process was. I expected to see a thick layer of concrete dust on everything in the basement and that was not the case. There was only a very thin layer of dust immediately surrounding the area where the concrete floor needed to be busted up for the drain installation. The crew did an excellent job of taping off the area and left me a very clean area. The electricians also left no mess for me to clean up.

Your price was very competitive and you did not try to sell me more of a waterproofing system than was needed. As mentioned above, that you have your own licensed electricians on staff was a huge plus. The other company that gave me a quote suggested that I needed to also waterproof the whole front section of my basement since if was totally underground, which would have entailed me having the 2 HVAC systems unhooked and moved, and removing the lower half of my basement stairs. When Brad came to give me the estimate for Master Services, he showed me on the moisture meter that there was no moisture registering on the front of the basement. I really appreciated the honesty and integrity of Master Services for not trying to push more product than needed, and I very much appreciated the efficiency and cleanliness of the work that was performed.
