He took his time when he did his inspection. He was knowledgeable about the problems we were having and what your company could di to help. He was honest and I could tell he was not just selling a product. He was offering a solution. There was never a feeling of being pressured.
Our Installation Crew
Where do I start? They were awesome. It was a cold and rainy day, but that didn't slow them down. Not once did I hear a complaint. They were entirely focused on doing a great job. They communicated well. They didn't waste any time and kept us informed about everything they did. We couldn't have asked for a better crew.
The Cleanup Process
WOW! I wasn't expecting them to do any cleanup. First, one gentleman had to come to around the house to ask a question. He had mud all over his boots. I noticed as he walked back, he avoided walking in the sidewalk. I believe he didn't want to get mud in the sidewalk. When the job was complete, they put down the grass seed and straw. They even wiped down the side of the house. Who does that? They took time to wipe the mud away. I was impressed.
