Kurt Weir

Hi there! My name is Kurt. I joined the Redeemers Group team as a System Design Specialist. I'd like to tell you about how that came to be! I was having water issues in my basement, and in hoping to find a solution, I found Redeemers Group. My experience with them permanently solving my basement water issues went so well that I started to investigate what, if any, job opportunities the company had open at the time. Ultimately, they asked me to come on board as a System Design Specialist. 

My main role as a System Design Specialist is to meet with home and business owners that are experiencing issues with their properties, answer their questions, assess the problem, and propose a permanent solution. I am excited to share the type of experience that I had with Redeemers Group with those who are now my customers. 

I spent many years in the Pharmaceutical industry before my move to Redeemers Group. I am an Honorably discharged United States Air Force Veteran, and I graduated from Williams Baptist College in 2002 with my Bachelor of Arts in Business Management. When I am not providing solutions to my customers, I like to spend time with my wife, my four kids, and my three grandchildren. I have had the opportunity to serve on multiple mission trips, and look forward to more that are coming up.
