We were very pleased with the work. We did discover that this should have been checked on sooner. I would have thought that when the work was completed originally, the company would have set up a return time to check on the work after the usual amount of time to be sure no adjustments were needed. The supports were in great need of tightening. They should have been tightened much sooner. One was not even touching the beams any longer.
