Standing water in crawl space after heavy rains. It's partly a grading issue outside, one that I think could be addressed with topsoil and proper grading, but I'm afraid I need to ensure that there aren't any spots in the foundation wall (part brick, part cinder block) where water is seeping/flowing in.
