Josh Shaw and his crew did a super job installing a drain trough and grate in front of my garage to eliminate rain water from seeping under the garage door. I had a concern about removing the grate to remove leaves from underneath it. Josh said if i didn't solve the problem, he would come to my house to show me the proper way to accomplish this. My family was able to do this so i didn't need Josh's help. He was always courteous and available by text.
