Comment: Have a crawl space under 1985 addition. has gravel and visquine, but when new tile was put in above it, so much dust! Have it sprayed for bugs once a year, and a couple mice down there. Would like to have the dust vacuumed out and new visquine put down there. approx 12x20', 5' high..........approx. I've only looked in there. ::)) probly 60 to 90 mins work.
