Colchester, VT 05446I have two separate crawl spaces that I would like reviewed by a professional. The floors are cold in the winter and I believe there is a musty smell from them so possibly need better moisture control. I'm also not sure if the supports have settled too much.

Colchester, VT 05446A 10 year old bathroom addition was installed prior to our ownership. Pipes froze in bathroom / under the unheated "crawl space" area this past winter. It needs better insulation and barrier from bugs etc. but probably need to keep access to pipes for fixing. IDK. Please use email DO NOT call. I can not answer calls during the day at work
