Erin Dougherty

Erin joined The Drying Co. team in 2015. She began as an Appointment Center Representative, became a Marketing Assistant in 2016, then Marketing Manager in 2018.

Her prior experience focuses in Customer Service and Retail Management. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management & Marketing, and an MBA in Business Management & Marketing. Her experience before joining our team includes customer service, merchandising, and foodservice.

She sees her job as ensuring that customers have the best possible experience with The Drying Co. from start to finish. “Everything we do contributes to how our customers perceive our company; our goal is to make sure that they always leave saying WOW!”

Erin joined The Drying Co. in pursuit of a job to give her more experience in business. “When I started, I planned on a few years at The Drying Co. while I finished school. I’m happy to say, I was very wrong. I applied for a job and found a career and a family at The Drying Co.” Her favorite thing about her job is that every day is a new challenge. She enjoys continuing to learn, and The Drying Co. has always allowed her to learn and try new things through continued training in and out of the office.

She would tell anyone that wanted to join the team that The Drying Co. is a unique Company, you may never work for anyone else who cares about their people so much as the team here does. Erin is proud to work for a company that values integrity, honesty, trust, and knowledge and that always puts its customers and their people first.

In her free time, Erin enjoys reading, crocheting, playing Dungeons & Dragons, and going for walks.
