Mike O'Bier

Mike has been part of The Drying Co team since 2016. He began on our production team installing our products and services and joined our sales team as a Home Performance Advisor in 2017. Prior to joining our team, Mike spent 3+ years as an HVAC technician. His experience in the HVAC industry allowed him to understand how these systems work in a home and how they can be affected by the building envelope.

Mike’s role focuses solely around homeowners. He spends time understanding what their goals are and the symptoms they are experiencing in their home. Mike then inspects the home looking for the root causes of a homeowner’s discomfort and develops a custom, long-term solution to address their concerns.

Some of the things he enjoys most about his job is talking to customers and being able to assure them that we can help make their home healthy and comfortable again. He likes that each home is different and offers a new challenge, making every day different. He appreciates the opportunity to continue to grow and develop in the industry through weekly trainings at the office and continued training outside of the office in a variety of subjects such as building science, products, and techniques for addressing homeowner’s concerns.

In his free time, Mike enjoys spending time with his family.
